These terms apply when you use Vera. By using Vera, you agree to use it lawfully and responsibly.

Your account and content

You are responsible for your account and for content you provide. You keep ownership of your content and give Vera permission to process it only as needed to provide the service.

Connected services

You may connect services such as Gmail or Outlook. You control which account is connected and which access you approve. Vera will show an exact email for review before sending it. You remain responsible for messages you approve and send.

Acceptable use

Do not use Vera to break the law, harm others, invade privacy, gain unauthorized access, distribute malware, or interfere with the service.

AI output

Vera can make mistakes. Review important output before relying on it, especially for legal, medical, financial, employment, or safety decisions.

Availability

We work to keep Vera available and secure, but the service may change or be interrupted. To the extent allowed by law, Vera is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Ending use

You may stop using Vera and disconnect connected services at any time. Access may be limited or ended when necessary to protect users, comply with law, or address misuse.
